E-Commerce OMS Delivery Manager



Your Mission

  • Establish the appropriate project organization structure and define the change management and communication plan to engage and set expectations for stakeholders
  • Assess the requirements with the technical teams in order to prepare good, adapted proposals
  • Understand clients’ and leads’ business needs and develop IT strategies and work-plan for a specific/group of projects for our clients locally.
  • Manage and participate in the pre-sales / RFP submission, preparing the documents, assigning the tasks to the right team members, and involving thirdparties when necessary
  • Engage, influence, communicate and seek approval from clients’ program/projects sponsor(s) and stakeholders to support the clients’ strategies and plans.
  • Able to define the appropriate project organization structure and the associated cost
  • Foster partnerships with customers, stakeholders, sponsors, and 3rd parties (outsourced team, software vendors)
  • Introduce our solution providers to new leads, with up-to-date marketing materials
  • Coordinate closely with the marketing team to organize webinars and build content in sync with partners
  • Manage the development team to secure successful delivery in the region
  • Able to ensure that projects are executed based on the project plan to meet identified business needs, within agreed parameters of cost, duration, and quality
  • Provides overall direction to the project manager on project timelines & resource management and supports the implementation from proposal to delivery
  • Governs overall progress of all assigned projects and alignment to strategic business objectives
  • Participate in steering committees with key attendees, Identify risks & dependencies between topics
  • Understand the IT management policy, quality management policy, and security guidelines to ensure the development processes and procedures and system are designed to comply with these policies and guidelines

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent diploma
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Project Management with good exposure to the retail sector
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce/order management ecosystem
  • Good tertiary qualifications in Management or Engineering with a strong IT affinity/background
  • Retail exposure and related solutions (OMS, e-commerce, …) knowledge is a must
  • Project Management certifications (Prince, PMI…) are good to have • Knowledge of the solution Salesforce is a plus
  • Experience in working in complex environments and with a distributed team
  • Independent, team player, creative and reliable
  • Focused, structured and detail-oriented
  • Able to work both in a fast-paced and demanding environment
  • Very good communication skills with customers, team, and stakeholders
