Anaplan Project Manager
Your Missions:
- Assess the requirements with the technical teams in order to prepare good, adapted proposals
- Understand clients’ and leads’ business needs and develop IT strategies and work-plan for a specific/group of projects for our clients locally.
- Manage and participate to the RFP submission, preparing the documents, assigning the tasks to the right team members and involving third-parties when necessary
- Engage, influence, communicate and seek approval from clients’ program/projects sponsor(s) and stakeholders to support the clients’ strategies and plans.
- Able to define the appropriate project organization structure and the associated cost
- Work closely with the practice managers on RFP submission and pre-sales process
- Keep a strong and regular link with Anaplan as our VISEO partner
- Introduce the Anaplan for Retail activities to new leads, with up-to-date marketing materials
- Coordinate closely with the marketing team to organise webinars and build content in sync with partners
- Manage the delivery team to secure successful delivery in the region
- Able to ensure that projects are executed based on the project plan to meet identified business needs, within agreed parameters of cost, duration and quality
- Provides overall direction to project manager on project timelines & resource management and support the implementation from proposal to delivery
- Governs overall progress of all assigned projects and alignment to business strategic objectives
- Participate to steering committees with key attendees, Identify risks & dependencies between topics
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent diploma
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Pre-sales and Project Management with good exposure to Retail solution
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Anaplan ecosystem
- Good tertiary qualifications in Management or Engineering with a strong IT affinity/background
- Project Management and team management experience
- Experience of retail, e-commerce and omnichannel
- Independent, team player, creative and reliable
- Focused, structured and detail-oriented
- Able to work both in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Very good communication skills with customers, team and stakeholders
