VISEO supports PONANT in setting up its Salesforce Agile Factory
Boulogne, March 18, 2026 – VISEO announces the launch of a strategic collaboration with PONANT, the world leader in luxury cruises and expeditions. As part of this partnership, VISEO is setting up a dedicated Salesforce Agile Factory, designed to provide daily support to PONANT teams in the management, development, and optimization of their Salesforce ecosystem.
This initiative follows on from an in-depth functional and technical audit conducted by VISEO with the PONANT teams. This audit provided a clear overview of the existing situation, business challenges, and priority areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
