Support Analyst Salesforce Commerce Cloud

To strengthen the activities of our team, we are looking for we are looking for a Salesforce Commerce Cloud Support Analyst that will work for one of our major client’s e-commerce platforms.
Your Role
Work with the platform technologies and languages, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Diagnosing the source of users’ plafform problems and advising clients on possible solutions
Responding to technical queries and issues, resolving problems in a timely manner
- Provides technical support and guidance to resolve users SFCC platform problems
Performing user administrative tasks, Logging and processing support calls
Use object-oriented techniques to create reusable, easy to maintain code.
Your profile
This a hybrid position where your presence will be needed regularly in our customer’s offices in Mexico City.
ENGLISH is mandatory.
Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud Platform
1+ years of SFRA experience
Advanced comunication skills
