With 2500 team members working on four continents and a turnover of more than 265 million dollars, VISEO offers an alternative for integrators, agencies, and consulting firms by providing a unique, flexible, innovative, and structured approach. Our Digital Retail entity aims to help our customers in their POS, Omnichannel, and e-commerce projects (rollout, new implementation, or support on new and existing applications). To strengthen the activities of our team, we are looking for a Retail Operation Engineer to work with our clients and contribute.

Within the dedicated Retail Operations team, you will:
  • Handle tickets in the Service Now tool while adhering to SLAs.
  • Enhance operational monitoring procedures.
  • Define, evolves, and/or implement technical or functional monitoring services for the Retail scope, especially to accelerate the automation of incident detection and resolution.
  • Be responsible for hosting and operating Retail Solutions
  • Drive technical projects (e.g., infrastructure migration, data center relocation, DRP testing).
  • Be responsible for productions releases installation.
  • Contribute through expertise to the smooth operation of production applications to ensure a defined level of service quality and security for users in line with business constraints.
Internally, Collaborates particularly with:
  • Project teams (responsible for code evolution and release management)
  • Cross functional support team (problem management)
  • Business teams, supporting Retail solution users.
  • Level support team, which is in direct contact with stores.
Scope of the assignment:
  • Central cash register systems (Diebold solution)
  • Fixed cash registers / Mobile cash register system
  • Promotion Management Tool (Maxxing anim Co)
  • Electronic tags
  • Financial data visualization tool related to sales.
  • Digital In-Store tools
  • Gift card management (OnePrepaid)
Technical Skills Essential:
  • POS Application (TP.net)
  • MSSQL database Recommended.
  • System administration
  • Scripting (develops mindset)
  • Control-M-Proficiency
  • Knowledge of Cloud concepts: IAAS, PAAS, SAAS
  • API frame analysis Desired
  • Familiarity with configuring tools for monitoring/exploitation/alerting.
  • APM tool (e.g., Dynatrace)
  • First experience with Cloud (such as GCP)
