SAP confirmed at the Summit that SAP Business One is a market leader in ERP (see Gartner frontrunners report October 2017). The platforms and applications around the solution promote innovation with the rapid validation of Digital POCs. SAP presented 3 levers for a successful digital transformation.

1. « Business Model Transformation: the transformation of the company's business model by using new digital technologies to generate new profits and attack new niche markets... This is the most difficult lever to implement and must be accompanied by good change management.

2. « Operating Model Transformation: companies that are reluctant to change their business model can review their automated operational processes (robots, connected objects, intelligent systems, etc.) to achieve greater productivity gains. The automation of all functions will be at the heart of the transformation with new technologies by reducing repetitive and manual tasks.

3. « Business function optimization: this lever optimizes business functions (purchasing, logistics, production, marketing, etc.). It will be important to analyze all processes in order to optimize the way they are executed based on new technologies.
