VISEO Recognized in Salesforce 2023 Partner Innovation Awards
France, Paris, October 10th, 2023 – VISEO announced that it has been named a recipient of the Salesforce Partner Innovation Award in Manufacturing, Auto & Energy Consulting category for its work with IZIVIA - Groupe EDF.
VISEO announced that it has helped IZIVIA - Groupe EDF transform its business by harnessing the power of the Salesforce Customer 360 platform to help them achieve their objectives in a competitive market. With the increase of charging point installations and the acceleration of sales activities, IZIVIA must maximize value from its volume of data and ensure high-quality service levels are maintained.
To achieve these challenges, VISEO deployed Salesforce Sales Cloud to pilot real-time sales activities and to bring a personalized experience to IZIVIA customers. Salesforce CPQ solution replaced the Excel spreadsheets to facilitate and accelerate the sales rep operations. Then, the Salesforce partner portal, built on Salesforce Experience Cloud, helps to structure and develop strong relationships with Izivia’s business partners.
This first project including Sales Cloud, CPQ and Experience Cloud was deployed in 7 months to bring a full solution for sales representatives. The collaboration between VISEO, IZIVIA & Salesforce has resulted in outstanding success.
