Mélisande BOUSQUET is a Consulting Director for NOVEDIA, the digital agency of the VISEO Group.

She started her professional career with international retailers, initially as a Point of Sales Manager, becoming a Marketing Manager and finally achieving the position of E-commerce and CRM Manager. She has always placed customer satisfaction at the top of her priorities.

Mélisande supervises the digital commerce activities for NOVEDIA and accompanies international retailers in defining their digital strategy and helping them to think and implement multi-channel process.

The way she thinks of how to bring digital in the point of sale or e-commerce questions is always from a customer point of view. Digital must be focused on how to offer a multi-channel purchase journey to customers.

 

With 15 years of experience in selling applicative and technologic solutions, Eric MATTERN specialized in applicative Open Sources solutions such as CMS, portals, GED, e-commerce or framework.

For VISEO, Eric is in charge of developing the digital commerce offer within an agency dedicated to this subject. He takes care of the positioning strategy, the promotion work for the market, the relation with the software editors, and the development of his implementation team.

Eric is also very fond of marketing for technology, digital transformations, and innovation through Lean and Agile approaches.
