Your mission
  • Deliver SAP support functional services (incident resolution, service request fulfillment, enhancement delivery, system monitoring...) in respect of Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Manage enhancements projects: interaction with client key-users and end-users, requirement gathering, functional specification drafting, system configuration and testing
  • Establish and maintain a client relationship with a customer service perspective
  • Interact with onshore and offshore team members for any specific development needs
  • Report to Support team manager and escalate risks and issues

 

Your profile
  • Fluent English
  • Business level Spanish (optional but would be a plus)
  • Business level French (optional but would be a plus)
  • Graduate degree in Computer Science or Business or Logistic
  • Mid-level experience (3 to 5 years) of demonstrated hands-on experience (functional analysis and configuration) in implementation or support of SAP SD, MM and WM systems
  • Demonstrated initiative, works independently, Effective decision making
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
  • Excellent verbal, written & telephone communications skills
  • Proven experience in managing multiple client accounts concurrently
  • Ability to achieve results in timely manner
  • Willing to travel when required
  • Ability to be flexible when support demands are high
  • Permanent work authorization for USA (Citizen, Green Card holder)
