TFS wins a Silver Quality Award for SAP S/4HANA Cloud solution rollout with VISEO
We are delighted to announce that our customer TFS, Transport Ferroviaire Services, SNCF Logistics Group, has won a silver trophy at the 2019 SAP Quality Awards!
This annual ceremony honors customers who have excelled in SAP solutions’ implementation based on 10 quality criteria validating :
- The effectiveness of the rollout plan and its execution
- The fast implementation with limited cost
- The simplification of processes and the profits generated for the company.
A trophy that rewards VISEO for SAP S/4HANA Cloud solution rollout
This trophy, obtained in the "Fast Delivery" category, rewards VISEO for the successful rollout of SAP S/4HANA Cloud Multi-Tenant Edition solution at Transport Ferroviaire Services over 50 entities, spread over 10 countries, over a period of 13 months (7 months were needed for Core model definition and pilot site rollout, then 6 more months for two waves of rollouts on 26 entities).
Processes’ standardization as our customer goal
Our customer's main goals prior to this rollout :
- Set up a stand-alone ERP to support group’s growth
- Harmonize management processes within an international and decentralized group
- Replace 3 different ERPs with a single ERP in a group without dedicated IT department.
Congratulations to our team of expert consultants on S/4HANA Cloud solution who managed to complete the Core model definition and pilot site rollout project in less than 7 months, followed by the rollout of 26 entities in 6 months!
