VISEO Asia: User Experience Design Breakfast Talk at French Chamber of Commerce Singapore
VISEO was thrilled to organise a talk at the French Chamber of Commerce Singapore (FCCS) on User Experience Design: How to build the best user experience to increase your revenue two weeks ago on 10 October 2018.
In this meeting, Celine de Robillard, UX Lead, and Cole Casper, Senior UX/UI designer, explained to the 30 FCCS members how online and offline, omnichannel experiences are incredibly efficient when they are user-centred, meaning that they take into account the clients’ needs and expectations.
We strongly believe that building a good user experience is key for the success of a project. User experience is meant online, but also offline and across multiple channels. Should you be creating a new experience or even just seeking to improve an existing one, there are a few methods, such as persona workshops, user interviews and empathy map, to understand your customer better as well as his journey until conversion.
