CEGID/POS AMS Consultant



Your Mission

As a Cegid AMS Consultant in APAC, you will be required to assist our clients in the field of Retail and Luxury, on assistance to Project Ownership, management of functional evolution projects, and Application Maintenance. You will intervene in a particular Point of Sales Solution (POS), in the full development of the growth of the connected digital business. Beyond the historical features of these solutions - the functions of sales management, inventory management and collection in-store - they evolve to integrate for example:

• Digitalization of the point of sale (clientele, cataloging)

• Omnichannel sales experiences (e-reservation, click & collect etc.)

• Unified stock management

• Loyalty management

The responsibilities include:

• Participate in APAC POS projects and roll-outs including localizations and support.

• Participate in the collection and analysis of the business needs of different stakeholders, write the functional and technical specifications, realize the configuration of the solution, participate in the test strategy, and write and carry out the available tests.

• Participate in functional and technical support by qualifying tickets and issues from the customers or L1/L2 support team, by finding root causes and solutions or workaround.

• Functional enhancements Projects (for example, the implementation of mobile applications, omnichannel services, regulatory evolutions, and integration with other applications).

• Preventive maintenance of the solution: Participate in the deployment of new versions, in coherence with the functional roadmap of the editor and the constraints of the client

• Change management: set up, realize and animate training plans, provide assistance to users

• Level 2.5 expertise: support complex anomalies, qualify, analyze and diagnose the problem, propose workarounds and implement the corrective action plan

• Support the Customer or L1/L2 team to enrich the existing procedure, process, and SOP documents.


Your Profile

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor in Engineering or Business

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in retail/luxury and point of sale management solutions (Cegid, Retail Pro, Ivend, …).

• Minimum of 3 years experience in project roll-outs in Asia including several financial localization knowledge.

• Technical knowledge in databases (Oracle, SQL, PL / SQL), and in the field of ERP is mandatory

• Motivated, with good interpersonal and editorial skills, you are recognized for your rigor, analytical capacity, and your strength of the proposal.

• Good command of English and Mandarin.

• Open to traveling to Europe and South East Asia.
