Responsibilities

• Maintain and Support SAP WM and EWM modules
• Involved in resolving issues raised and supporting change requests.
• Able to carry out requirements gathering, produce documentation, training, system configuration

Requirements

Must Have Skills & Experience:

• Minimum Education required: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Completed at least 3-4 full Implementation/Support cycles
• Hands on experience on SAP Implementation and Support.
• Experience in supporting users globally
• Knowledge and Experience on AMS
• SLA Process knowledge and experience
• Certified SAP Consultant
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience
• Good and Clear Communication skills in English (both written and oral)
• Able to interact with users
• Open to travelling in Europe and APAC

Good to Have: 

• Experience in Retail Industry
• Knowledge of S/4 HANA will be added advantage
