VISEO and EVS join forces to expand retail offering and digital services in China
Singapore – July 5th, 2021 – VISEO, a global technology company specializing in digital transformation services, and EVS, a Cegid gold partner with extensive expertise in Cegid Retail POS solution roll-out for retailer companies, today announce that they are joining forces. This acquisition supports VISEO long-term growth plan to strengthen its international presence in China mainland and Hong Kong to better serve its clients and build its position as a leader in deploying Cegid Retail’s Unified Commerce & Global POS solutions. EVS has worked with large retailers in China and the region.
In APJ, VISEO has established its head office in Singapore in 2009 and is also located in Hong Kong. VISEO builds technological assets for its clients to serve their strategic ambitions. VISEO has already deployed Cegid Retail POS solution for clients in China mainland and Hong Kong but welcoming EVS into VISEO reinforces its capabilities and creates synergies with the group’s expertise.
Chinese consumer behavior and retail trends are constantly evolving. Retailers must stay on top of these changes and remain flexible. VISEO will continue to provide them with the most adequate assets for their physical and digital retail strategies. VISEO is poised to a full range of services from core-model build and roll-out, implementation, regional AMS, to additional digital services offering from the group. VISEO bolsters its APJ presence to best meet its clients’ needs and support global roll-out in China, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore, Philippines, and Australia.
