Our methodology

1) Discovery

During 2 weeks to 1 month, we organise workshops with your teams to understand the full requirements, mock-up design, architecture design

2) Implementation

During 2-6 months, we BUILD, following the Agile framework, within a global roadmap and timeframe, clear follow-up of the developments, and regular demos.

3) Tests

During 2 weeks to 1 month, the users (your teams) will be able to test, and our developers will perform bug fixing and corrections, preparation of the deployment, and GO LIVE

4) Support & maintenance
An e-store needs to live & evolve.

After go-live, our teams are available to fix the issues, implement some change requests, continuous improvement of the e-store, support your CR and performance, advise on digital strategy.
