1) Discovery

2 weeks to 1 month: Workshops with your teams to understand the full requirements, mockup design, architecture design

2) Implementation

2-6 months: Agile implementation, within a global roadmap and timeframe, clear follow-up of the developments, and regular demos.

3) Tests

2 weeks to 1 month: User Acceptance Tests by your teams, before we decide to go live, bug fixing and corrections by our developers, preparation of the deployment

4) Support & maintenance

An e-store needs to live & evolve : After go-live, teams available to fix the issues, implement some change requests, continuous improvement of the e-store.
