VISEO Asia: Agile Awareness Workshop at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore

The agile methodology is a project management approach, typically used in software development. This method helps teams in responding to unpredictability during development, as it uses incremental, iterative work sequences known as sprints. During this workshop, our agile coach and trainer shared with the students at NTU about the agile methodology, and explained through interactive games about its differences from the traditional (waterfall) method.
