More services for a better customer loyalty
Travel agencies, hotels, airline or railway companies…these players went through many changes during the past few years, most of them due to digital innovations and a new competition policy within the European Union. Nowadays, it is easier to book travels, and users tend to do so online. This market change leads to a new kind of competition which needs to be countered. It is now important to enable these sector’s players to know about their clients through innovative services and tools. This is VISEO’s position in this sector.

Every year, many people book their travels online, as it was the case for 62% of the French population in 2013. Moreover, 29% of these people used their smartphones to do so (Raffour Interactif).

Tourism actors were able to manage the introduction of the digital, but are now confronted to a market with an increasing competition. Consumer now have many options and thus become all the more demanding on prices and services quality.

It is now important to be able to identify customers in order to know them better and to deliver customized and quality services, before, during and after their travel.
