Julie VIGNERON

Diplômée d'un Master 2 de la Sorbonne  en "Négociation et Stratégie Commerciale", Julie Vigneron intègre l'agence digitale du groupe VISEO (VISEO Digital, anciennement Novedia), en juin 2008.

Initialement ingénieur d'affaires sur le secteur Finance puis Industrie, Julie s'est par la suite dédiée au secteur Tourisme & Transport dont elle devient la Responsable en 2013.

Elle porte principalement le développement commercial du compte AccorHotels et déploiera les savoir-faire de VISEO au cœur de la transformation digitale du premier opérateur hôtelier mondial.

Évoluant dans ce secteur du Travel où les acteurs sont chaque jour plus concurrencés et déstabilisés par de nouveaux modes de consommation, elle voit le client se placer au cœur de la stratégie de l'entreprise. "Écouter, comprendre et animer les clients pour les fidéliser et leur proposer une expérience toujours plus personnalisée et sans couture. C’est l'un des grands enjeux des clients du groupe VISEO et la promesse faite par Salesforce."

Convaincue de la pertinence des réponses de l'éditeur à cette problématique, Julie a pris la responsabilité de l'offre Salesforce au sein de VISEO à l'automne 2016.
